As the Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative of WWE NXT, Shawn Michaels provided Rhodes with a very special appearance at NXT Great American Bash 2023.

The NXT Great American Bash 2023 will take place on 30th July 2023 at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. Recent reports announced that Shawn Michaels provided Rhodes with the opportunity of doing the intro for the Great American Bash 2023.

The Great American Bash name and concept were created by Cody Rhodes’ father Dusty Rhodes. And becoming a major part of that event is indeed a glorious achievement for Rhodes. Previously, Charlotte Flair had done the intro for NXT Vengeance, and now it is time for The American Nightmare.

As the news started spreading on the internet fans expressed their delight in the news. They praised Michaels’ brain for making Rhodes a part of the event, which is very personal to his heart, and adds more meaning relationship with his late father.
