Matt Hardy‘s contract with AEW came to an end in March 2024. If the wrestling legend was in any mood to rejoin WWE, WrestleMania XL would make for a perfect return scenario. Unfortunately, there is no official confirmation so far that the older Hardy brother is returning to his former workplace. That said, there have been many hints over the past few days and now we have one more.
The wrestling legend’s wife recently uploaded a video message for her followers on Instagram. While the message was personal to her fanbase, she revealed something that could prove to be a tease for wrestling fans as well.

On 18th March, the ex-AEW star was spotted among the crowd during a Monday Night Raw episode. Despite still being signed to Tony Khan’s promotion, this led to several fans predicting an imminent WWE return for him. Later, he clarified the reason why he was there, without revealing whether the return rumors were true or not.
Now, Reby Sky has uploaded a video on her Instagram addressing an ongoing concern among her fans. Several fans were wondering whether she has another ‘secret’ account to which only a few people have access. Sky denied this while teasing her husband’s potential WrestleMania appearance.

Hardy’s wife recorded a video for her fans to tell them that she is already so occupied with projects, travel, and home-schooling her children that she doesn’t have time to make a secondary account. “Yesterday I was in Salem. In two days, I’m gonna be in Philly,” said Sky.
Although she could have some personal work in Philadelphia, there is a possibility that she would be there if Matt Hardy is going to return to WWE at WrestleMania XL.

Weeks ago on Twitter, Hardy had consoled his worrying fans that he was not done with in-ring action yet. After fans let out a sigh of relief, the 49-year-old started uploading posts on social media, teasing a potential return to WWE. This made several fans restless until Chris Van Vliet posted an interview clip online with Matt Hardy.
In the clip, the ex-AEW top star acknowledges the legacy that he and his brother have built together. Even after becoming one of the greats in the pro wrestling industry, Tony Khan often booked Matt Hardy to lose in matches against pro wrestlers with less experience.
Now, he wishes to be in a workplace that books him in more meaningful storylines, where his defeat seems worth it.
