There is no question that the wrestling community, despite all the arguments and toxicity, comes together in hard times. No one was able to experience this more than WWE legend, Kevin Nash, who lost his son last year. In 2022, he urged everyone to follow his podcast, as it was his son’s dream to get to a milestone subscriber count. Not only did the wrestling community help him to achieve the count, but he also thanked them in a follow-up tweet. But keeping that aside, Nash also received many messages to stand firm and sympathized with his loss. A father losing his son is a big toll on anyone, but Nash reached out to his community and they supported him.

My son died by suicide two years ago. These words are very true. I'm sorry for your loss.

Loss strikes hard, but all we need is support from the people who love us, and for Nash it is his dedicated fans.

Living with grief is an arduous and painful journey, but it gets better with every day.
God bless you I know very well the pain you feel! Although you will never get over it time will provide you with some relief! 3 years ago I would have never thought I would be at some sort or normal but I am now! God bless y’all!

As a parent myself I can't even begin to imagine that level of loss but I appreciate you opening up the discussion about grief not having a timetable. It feels like so many people act like things are fine once the burial/cremation of a loved one ends. Or at worse it lasts…

Losing your own children is a traumatic thing that no parent can go through alone, so it is healthy that Nash has such vocal support in the form of the wrestling community.
