Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio have gone from enemies to allies, leaving the WWE Universe in awe. Just last year, these two were embroiled in a heated feud with The Judgement Day faction. Ripley, known for her relentless attacks on Mysterio, used to lay a beatdown with no mercy. But things have changed since and they are on the same page.

A fan posted two photos of Ripley and Mysterio from before and after they became friends. The photos show the journey that they have made together as a pair in WWE. When questioned about it, Ripley had just one word to describe the surprising alliance.

Rhea Ripley’s one-word response 

Ripley’s newfound relationship is a great surprise to many who have seen her viciously dominating Mysterio in the past. Their chemistry, which was previously defined by fierce rivalry, has evolved into an exciting partnership that has fans buzzing with excitement.

Ripley’s succinct response to a fan’s tweet does justice to her story with Mysterio.

Ripley simply said, “Wild🥲.” 

The photos show the transition from dominating Mysterio to collaborating with him. The first photo was taken in August 2022, following Rey and Dominik Mysterio losing the WWE tag team championship. The second photo is a recent one from when Damian Priest attempted to cash in his MITB briefcase against Seth Rollins. Finn Balor would end up foiling Priest’s play by attacking Rollins, which resulted in some bickering among the teammates outside the ring.

While Ripley’s one-word reply may be too short for fans, it effectively conveys the essence of their story.

The alliance of Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio

Ripley, Finn Balor, and Damian Priest are among the members of The Judgement Day faction. In May 2022, Ripley joined The Judgement Day. Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik were embroiled in a battle with The Judgement Day team last year. Ripley and Dominik were not friends at the time. They would become close after joining the faction.

During their time together, Ripley has consistently been there for her ‘Dom Dom’. She was there when Mysterio beat Rey Mysterio on Thanksgiving, as well as when he was arrested. Whenever one has a match, the other is always by the ring, cheering.

There are also many instances where Mysterio has hidden behind the intimidating Ripley and used her as a shield. During the match with Cody Rhodes at Money in the Bank, Mysterio slapped Cody and hid behind Ripley before the match. This sort of juvenile behavior where he provokes people and then hides behind Ripley is not rare. But as far as fans are concerned, it all adds to the kayfabe.
