For the first time in forever, it isn’t someone out of WWE. Thinking about it, the company doesn’t have any vacancies in the star power department. Even when it comes to Hollywood, the wrestling promotion has a lot of action stars under their belt right now, even at the same level as Will Smith.

So, the host for this year’s WrestleMania is the two-time Grand Slam champion and Marines lead, The Miz. While fans love to hate The Miz, the fandom was treated to a heartwarming video that proved that the former WWE Champion is justifiably at the place in WWE where he should be, given the situations that he has gone through.

A few days ago, a video of The Miz got viral on wrestling Twitter. In the video, you can see Miz talking about his early days in the main roster. He opened up about being bullied out of the locker room and struggling to make friends during those days. His fellow wrestlers talked about the way Miz kept enduring and fighting, which makes this hosting gig a great win.

Last week, the WWE announced that Miz had something to share with everyone this week. So, The Miz came out this week and talked about the speculation surrounding the host of WrestleMania 39. Nevertheless, he unveiled that he was set to host WrestleMania. In addition to that, Miz and his wife Maryse were also featured in the marketing for the Showcase of the Immortals.

Keeping the recent video in context, this was the most significant victory for a showman like Miz. Additionally, Hollywood is completely up in the alley of The Miz. After he announced it, he made a lot of pop cultural references, even taking a dig at Hollywood star Will Smith.
