Becky Lynch has held the WWE Women’s Championship multiple times, which is a slight hint at her popularity in WWE among fans. Despite running so many years in the promotion, it looks like fans may not be seeing her in WWE anymore. The Man, along with other well-recognised wrestlers on the roster have reached the end date of their contracts with the Stamford-based company.

While this doesn’t confirm that they are leaving WWE behind, it suggests a possibility that we may see them opt for a career run in another wrestling promotion based on their negotiations and final decision.

Becky Lynch, Ricochet, and others could show up in AEW

Recent reports from Fightful suggest that things may not end up favorable for WWE fans if they continue as they are. Becky Lynch, Ricochet, Dijak, Chad Gable, and Natalya are reportedly on the last terms of their contracts while some of them have already served the time period. There is no confirmation of whether they have re-signed with WWE. Moreover, it is not known if the promotion has offered to renew it either.

In such a scenario, it becomes increasingly possible that AEW will offer a lucrative contract to the leading wrestling promotion’s superstars, luring them in. We don’t know for sure if they will sign with Tony Khan, but the latter has shown interest in WWE stars in the past.

There have been rumors of Tony Khan offering a contract to Becky Lynch and an AEW star Chris Jericho also spoke about the same recently amidst heavy speculations of her debut. If this becomes a reality, then we know who might be her immediate rival in the promotion.

Becky Lynch could feud with another former WWE star

What could be a better sight to witness than two ex-WWE superstars wrestling against each other, reliving their past shared moments in the squared circle of another promotion? So, if her debut is confirmed in AEW, Becky Lynch could appear to face Mercedes Mone in AEW and prove to be a fierce rival. If Lynch doesn’t reach an agreement with WWE by the weekend, we may see her going All Elite. There, she could meet another horsewoman of female wrestling.

We may see this bout go down at Wembley Stadium during an upcoming show as WWE has already missed this idea, while they could have made the two superstars face each other at a WrestleMania stage. The idea also received a nod from Sean Ross Sapp, as he claimed on the Fightful Wrestling Podcast a few months back, “Maybe, maybe she would want to work Wembley. Maybe she would want to do that, whether it be a long-term thing or just checking it off. Her and Mercedes would have a killer match.”
