WWE doesn’t wait until the very last minute to get things done. If something can be done beforehand, Vince McMahon makes sure it’s done. Even if that means replacing a high-end entity with someone else.
One such entity who got replaced as soon as WWE started doing live shows is Paul Heyman. During his conversation with Ariel Helwani, Heyman revealed that when Vince McMahon realized Roman Reigns will start doing dark matches, Heyman won’t be a part of Talking Smack anymore.

The Big Man wanted to ensure that The Wise Man was replaced even before it was absolutely necessary.
“The culture here (WWE) is ‘do it yesterday’. So the moment someone realized, ‘Oh, wait a minute. If we’re going to do live crowds again and Roman’s going to always be in the dark match main event, we need Heyman for that. So we can’t do the show there, has to be in the studio, and Heyman can’t be in the studio, you know we only have 3-4 weeks of Heyman on Talking Smack before we have to do something different…’ (Vince says) – ‘Get rid of him now.’ ‘Wait a minute, we still have 3-4 weeks to decide… ‘ (Vince says) – ‘Get rid of him now. That’s the decision. Start replacing him now’.”

Vince McMahon doesn’t like to compromise anywhere with WWE
The Big Man has often come under fire because of the way he conducts WWE. Many believe his only focus is on making profits instead of investing in the talent. However, he doesn’t allow anyone’s opinion to mould his thoughts.
If Vince McMahon decides something, he makes sure it’s done. Even if that means releasing WWE Superstars in bulk.

Some believe the way Vince McMahon conducts WWE will become the reason for the company’s downfall. However, if history is evidence, his working methods may be twisted, but he gets the job done.
It’ll be wrong to say his business model has not intrigued others. Whether or not someone implements comes second, it’s important to note that McMahon has everyone discussing WWE’s business model.
