Pro wrestling has a history of stirring up controversy. Critics have taken issue with the violence shown on TV, the portrayal of women as mere eye candy, and some of the more scandalous storylines. Recently, a former WWE female wrestler reached out to Hulk Hogan. She shared a vintage video of a moment they had together. This all went down during the last days of WCW. Hogan was a part of WCW from 1998 to 2000. The clip was shared by WWE Hall of Famer Torrie Wilson.

Wilson joined WWE in 1999 when the company was under WCW and left in 2008 due to injuries. In the clip, Hogan was involved in a rather racy segment with Torrie Wilson.

In the video, Hogan was part of a not-so-family-friendly segment with Torrie Wilson, which happened during the final days of WCW. This particular segment involved Hogan kissing Wilson right in the middle of the wrestling ring after teasing to strike her.

Torrie Wilson posted this nostalgic video in her latest tweet and made sure to tag Hulk Hogan in her post. In her tweet, she said, “The kiss heard round the world 😂 @HulkHogan” laughing over the memorable incident. 

Torrie Wilson began her wrestling career in 1999. She played the role of a seductress for David Flair in WCW, eventually aligning with Billy Kidman. She turned heel alongside “The Franchise” Shane Douglas in 2000. Later she engaged in feuds and matches, including a Scaffold match and mixed tag bout. In 2001, she made her WWE debut during the WCW/ECW Invasion storyline, initially interacting with Mr. McMahon and later becoming involved in a rivalry with other female stars on the roster.

Back in the day, pro wrestling was also notoriously famous for its only adult content as it included brutality as well. This is just one of those moments from the WCW not-so-PG-13 era.

Hulk Hogan was also infamous for taking part in skits that ranged from mature to completely bizarre. However, they are sometimes considered to be his greatest moments due to his skills as a performer.

Hulk Hogan’s extreme and bizarre WCW moments

The Hulkster was involved in a lot of funny yet off-beat incidents during his time on WCW. He played a pivotal role in WCW’s historic success during the Monday Night Wars. Hogan faced some outlandish storylines in WCW before his New World Order heel turn, with one involving the Dungeon of Doom faction challenging him. In one memorable promo, Hogan wore black attire and a mask, brandishing a sword while vowing to discover the “dark side” of Hulkamania to combat this despised faction.

He even had a segment involving Dave Meltzer. In the wrestling world, Dave Meltzer’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter, known for expert opinion on pro wrestling, wasn’t always favored by wrestlers. Hogan, in a bold move, burned a copy of the newsletter during a segment with Sting and Randy Savage after Meltzer reported Savage’s injury, leading Hogan to accuse Meltzer of falsehood.
