During his session with Paul Wight (Big Show) on Wrestling with Freddie, the former WWE writer detailed the experience of watching Wight smash a local through a table.
“I remember saying on the mic, oh, shit. And it looked like he died. I was new to the business. Okay, so I was like, I was like, ‘Oh, my God’ and in my head I’m like, he said, he was gonna protect this man and the man is, he’s dead. They’re dragging the guy backstage”

“I get up when he comes back, I ran up to him. I was like, ‘Oh, my God, man. Are you okay? Are you alright?’ And he’s like, ‘Yeah, I’m good. I’m fine, man’. I was like, What? No, you’re good. And he’s like, Yeah, good. And I turn around, and Vince is just laughing at me, right? Like, I’m just a complete rookie, moron.” H/t Wrestling with Freddie

Freddie Prinze Jr. frustrated The Big Show with his writing in WWE
When Prinze Jr. joined the company, he did not know which Superstar was more comfortable with what. Therefore, he ended up writing a four page segment for The Big Show. This was at a time when Big Show hadn’t done a lot of talking on Raw for months.
When the former Superstar realized he had to memorie quite a bit, he stormed into the writers’ room and demanded to know who wrote the segment. Upon learning it was a new joinee, he calmed down.
