In a recent interview, the former WWE talent Big Swole expressed her feelings about the brand-new WWE World Heavyweight title. During the interview, the host asked Swole about her views on the fans’ opinions that are comparing the title to the bronze medal.

To this the ex-WWE superstar said that bronze is still a big deal, the championship is like a participation ribbon for the wrestlers that you give to the kids to encourage them. She even called the new title a fifth or sixth-place ribbon.

Talking about the brand new World Heavyweight Championship, Big Swole said, “I feel like this is like a participation, like a ribbon. A participation ribbon you got as a kid for trying. You gave it the old college try. You got one of those purple fifth-place, sixth-place type of thing. That’s kind of what it is.”

Swole impressed Triple H during her WWE days. She perfectly sold a move by superstar Nia Jax that everyone was nervous about. The former WWE superstar is not the only one who is not a big fan of the new title. Several critics and fans have also shared their not-so-good feelings about the title.

Opinions around the new World Heavyweight title

Where WWE is claiming that the new championship is about creating opportunity among superstars, most professional wrestling fans seem not to agree. According to them, there was no need for the title when creatives could easily separate the two titles that Roman Reigns hold by making him lose.
