Asher Hale says he’s thankful for his time in WWE
After his release, Hale took to Twitter with a thankful message to the WWE and especially Triple H for bringing the best out of him. He also attached what appear to be snippets from his journal, which he writes on his mobile phone.
Through these screenshots, Hale also confirmed he has the usual 30-day non-compete clause for NXT stars. He will be able to wrestle for some other promotion after it expires.
Asher Hale was a prominent fighter on 205 Live for WWE, where he put on some fantastic matches.
I’ve had time to process what going through my head. These are my thoughts on my time with @wwe and subsequent release. Thank you to @WWENXT and @TripleH for the opportunity, the experience, and for making me stronger person. #workhorsmen pic.twitter.com/PeTgCtgUpm

We can see that Asher knows that the company is willing to implement some major changes and he was not what the company needs right now.
“I know there is nothing I could have done to make things turn out any different. There is a shift happening, within the company, and I no longer fit what they are looking for.”

“So, now I have 30 days to think about what I want to do. I can finish up my career and say ‘it was fun while it lasted,’ or I can come back reinvigorated and ready to show the world who and what I am about. I’ll definitely be back, I just don’t know if it will be a long-term deal or not. Let’s hope that I can find that passion again, and come out of this better than ever! See you all on the other side.” Asher wrote.
