The Undertaker was with WWE for three decades. He was a locker room leader during his active years with the promotion. The Deadman also led the infamous backstage courtroom in WWE, known as the Wrestlers’ Court. Wrestlers respected Taker both in and outside the ring. However, a former WWE Tag Team Champion accused The Undertaker of ordering others to make life miserable for him for a specific reason.

Rene Dupree was a French wrestler who wrestled in the WWE for a short period. During this time, he won the WWE Tag Team Championship twice. He was also the youngest WWE wrestler to win a championship at one stage. He won the tag team titles at the age of 19.
WWE released him from his contract in 2007. In 2021, Dupree spoke of his treatment by his fellow wrestlers while on a European tour.
Dupree said the locker room bullied him at the behest of The Undertaker
During his time, The Undertaker used the Wrestlers’ Court as a way to maintain order backstage. He would mete punishment out to anyone thought to be in the wrong. Although the court faded later, The Undertaker held the pull backstage and commanded authority among fellow wrestlers.
In an interview with ‘That 90s Wrestling Podcast’, Rene Dupree accused The Undertaker of pushing others to play a mean prank on him.
He said, “They took my $500 shoes and $1000 suit and ruined it in the shower because I didn’t go out drinking at a bar the night before because nobody invited me.” The La Resistance member said he was more disappointed after he found out what they had done to his national flag.
He revealed, What really bothered me is when in Italy the next night they took my French flag, my heritage, they shoved it in a toilet and p*ssed and s**t all over it. I don’t know what bullsh*t world you live in. But in my world, that’s called racial discrimination. That was really hurtful.”

He further revealed he went to Arn Anderson and The Undertaker to complain about the incident.
Dupree said, What I did do was I went to Arn Anderson who was the agent and I asked him. Arn’s advice to me was ‘Don’t sell it.’ I was like ok. The next person I went to was The Undertaker. I said ‘What do you do when someone does this to you?’ And he goes, ‘Well, you find out who does it.’ He ordered them to do that because I didn’t go out drinking with him and the guys at a bar.”

According to Dupree, he didn’t go to the bar because he was on the phone with his mother, who was undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer. While these accusations are certainly eyebrow-raising, a few former WWE employees have also complained about backstage bullying in the past in WWE.
