After weeks of hiatus, former NXT Champion Karrion Kross is getting ready to be back on WWE TV. He had to forfeit his title in August after suffering from a separated shoulder at NXT TakeOver: XXX.
Kross recently posted a video on Instagram doing deadlifts. Even though he did them with ease and walked away with a smile, fans have shown concern over Kross’s condition. However, he kept mum all this while.
With the video, he addressed all his fans’ concerns. He revealed, “I have deliberately neglected to answer any questions about my health from fans since August 22nd for a variety of reasons. I see them every day, though. And the check in’s has been sincerely appreciated.”

He revealed he is stronger than he was before. He would not come back if he wasn’t feeling stronger.
“I have always been addicted to challenges and avenues of improvement since I was a small kid. And I see no point in returning if I’m not coming back even stronger than I was, to begin with.”
He concluded, “See you all again when the time is right. Which, as you know… could be any second. Or maybe when you least expect it.”

Karrion Kross will go after the WWE NXT Championship
Before coming to WWE, Karrion was a prominent name in other promotions like Impact and Lucha Underground. He signed in 2020 after a one-match appearance in 2015.
He and real-life girlfriend, Scarlett, were involved with some great feuds like Tommaso Ciampa and Keith Lee. He won the NXT Championship at TakeOver, but on the following day, WWE announced that Kross suffered a separated shoulder during the match with Lee.

Later, he vacated the title, ending his reign at only 4 days, making it the shortest in the title’s history. So it is obvious that when he is back, he will go straight after the NXT Champion. Ironically, the current champion Finn Balor is also injured and might have to vacate the title.
Will Kross reclaim the title he never lost? Let us know in the comments below.
