Furthermore, their stint with the prestige wrestling promotion came to an end in an ugly manner, leading to the harboring of negative feelings.
Several wrestlers have admitted that being part of the company wasn’t as good as expected. Even for the former Intercontinental champion John Morrison, the story is no different. But despite hating the company, the former superstar wants to return to the WWE ring.

Recently, the former WWE superstar John Morrison appeared on Ariel Helwani’s podcast ‘The MMA Hour’. There he talked about his potential return to WWE. During the podcast, when the host asked him if he wants to return to the WWE, the former Intercontinental champion unhesitantly said yes.
Morrison said that even though he hates the place he would love to go back. He explained that the main reason why he hates WWE is that it was his dream and he always wanted to be there, but when he actually arrived in the world of Vince McMahon, things were not as good as he expected them to be.
Talking to Helwani, John Morrison said, “I hate that place. But sure, if they called me, I’d go back… Why do [I] hate it? Because it’s your dream. It’s what I’ve watched as a kid, and then you show up and you want to live your dream and do the things that you’ve dreamed of doing, but it’s a b*****dized version of what you want to do.
The former WWE star added “That was my experience. It’s not for everybody. I kind of exaggerated the hate thing to make a little joke, but sure, I’d go back. I tried not to burn any bridges. I love the roster there, I love a lot of the people there…”
Morrison’s departure from WWE may not have reached the heights he expected it to, but he bagged several accolades during his two runs at the company.
