Grimes, who defeated Ashante Adonis in a dark match on September 22 at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, had last appeared in a televised match in August. He was one of the several wrestlers who took part in the Slim Jim Battle Royal at WWE SummerSlam on August 5. The match was won by LA Knight.
Since then, Grimes has taken part in four non-televised matches. Meanwhile, does this mean Austin Theory will give up hopes of getting back the lost belt? Only time will tell.
