The current AEW World Champion, MJF, is winning in his wrestling life. He finally became world champion, had main event bouts with established legends, and took down everyone who would step in front of him with his exceptional mic skills. But it doesn’t translate to his private life, which Friedman tries his hardest to keep the media unaware about. But one crucial piece of information about his love life slipped through.
Last September, the champion announced that he proposed to his long-time girlfriend, Naomi Rosenblum. But just this past week, he himself announced that the engagement fell through. This has not been the best week for MJF, private life-wise, and on top of that, this former AEW Women’s Champion just pushed his buttons even further.

It all started when AEW star Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. was asked about her opinions about the current AEW World Champion, MJF. She went on to say something along the lines of her wanting her real life boyfriend Adam Cole, to take the title from Friedman. She also mentioned that she needs the champ to keep shut about his weird childhood stories that no one wants to listen to.
This led the champ himself to comment on the interview and warn Adam Cole, “Keep your girl in check… Bay bay“. But Cole didn’t respond to this. Instead, the former AEW Women’s Champion did, and she tweeted, “Worry about your own girl… Oh wait. Shit.”

Here, Baker was obviously talking about the recent break-up that Friedman went through after his engagement fell apart. For both of these superstars, it isn’t out of character to pinpoint their adversaries’ personal lives. MJF once called out Chris Jericho for a lot of personal things when the two were feuding.
Baker too let Ruby Soho, Ruby Riot of the Riot Squad in WWE, know what she thinks about her WWE career in clear words.

This is the first time we have seen these two masters of the mic go at it. If there is a feud between Cole and Maxwell, Baker may as well be a part of it. The mic work between MJF, Cole, and Baker would make for some great TV for the audience.
