The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes is currently on a hot run. With a recent victory over Brock Lesnar, and further acknowledgment from him, Rhodes is enjoying his run. However, fans might not deduce a similar thing for his wife, Brandi Rhodes.

Brandi Rhodes has been out of action for a long time and is yet to be seen in WWE. Brandi Rhodes was last seen on TV during Cody Rhodes’ tenure in WWE. However, despite being out of action for nearly two years, and constant reporting from dirt sheets about it, she finally spoke up on the topic.

Cody Rhodes’ wife Brandi Rhodes addresses her absence from TV

Prior to her career in AEW, Brandi Rhodes was a ring announcer in WWE. After her and her husband’s release from the promotion in 2016, she would try her hand at in-ring action in the Indies. At AEW, she would become a sporadic wrestler, but go on a break after the birth of her daughter.

However, soon after the birth, she would make a comeback and get in a physical tussle with Paige VanZant. However, before the feud could continue, Cody Rhodes would leave AEW and join WWE. And as confirmed by Rhodes herself, she has been not in the ring for more than 720 days.

She took to Twitter to address the dirt sheets’ constant reporting of her in-ring absence as if it was breaking news. She wrote, “Why do the dirt sheets report on old news like it’s happening in real time? “Brandi Rhodes not actively wrestling” Yeah for like 2 years bro, where ya been?”

Although she broke her silence regarding her absence from TV, fans are yet to receive any news regarding her in-ring return. Judging by her answer, a return to in-ring competition may not be on the cards for her.

Originally a ring announcer, and not a professional wrestler, fans wonder if at all Brandi Rhodes would make her in-ring debut for WWE. Nevertheless, she may be forced into action as Rhodes looks to gain parity with The Judgement Day.

Can Brandi Rhodes assist her husband in his battle against The Judgment Day?

After his feud with Brock Lesnar concluded, Cody Rhodes found himself battling it out with The Judgment Day. Although, despite internal troubles in the stable, the members have displayed ruthlessness during their feuds.

A recent feud with Cody Rhodes and Sami Zayn saw The Judgment Day, including Rhea Ripley, attacking the two superstars. Fans wonder if it is finally time for Brandi Rhodes to debut in WWE, and make the save for her husband from Rhea Ripley.

Brandi Rhodes going off against Rhea Ripley would be an interesting matchup, while Cody Rhodes takes on either Finn Balor or Damian Priest.
