WWE had announced Paul Heyman as its first Hall of Fame inductee of 2024 some time ago. The primary spokesperson of Roman Reigns has been on a roll ever since he became The Wiseman of The Bloodline. Nevertheless, Heyman earned his chance with the biggest heel faction of WWE via sheer hard work. But, his success also carries the imprint of his former client, Brock Lesnar.
Paul Heyman was first introduced to The WWE Universe as the despicable manager of The Beast Incarnate. Several other people had their stints as managers in WWE. The Heyman and Brock Lesnar duo struck a chord with everyone. Thus, many fans believed that Lesnar would be credited at his HoF induction ceremony. However, the WWE enthusiasts were left absolutely furious when they noticed that the superstar wasn’t involved by WWE at all.

Thanks to his partnership with Lesnar, he got a role alongside Roman Reigns when he was almost dismissed from WWE during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, he has taken his rightful position in the WWE Hall of Fame with Roman Reigns presiding over his induction ceremony. While every WWE fan knew that Brock Lesnar couldn’t have been invited physically, they expected to see him in Heyman’s video package.
Paul Heyman mentioned Brock Lesnar in his induction speech. Moreover, he introduced him as the man who first conquered the legendary WrestleMania streak of The Undertaker. But, apart from that, it seemed that he deliberately refrained from conveying a lot about Lesnar.

One of the fans even said that Brock Lesnar should have been the one to welcome Paul Heyman into the Hall of Fame.
Paul Heyman is gold. The way that man sells Roman Reigns & now The Rock is fantastic. I get why it's not happening but Brock Lesnar should have been the one to induct Heyman in the #HOF having worked together for basically forever. #WWERAW
