In the WWE Universe and in general, Dwayne Johnson is among the nicest people in Hollywood. However, even nice people can end up having beef with others. The same applies to Johnson, who, despite his calm and charming demeanor, has had multiple real-life feuds. These have been with fellow WWE stars, actors, and even musicians.

The Great One has been part of the WWE and Hollywood for over two decades. That is enough time to rack up some beef with people. Here are all the real-life feuds the Hollywood star has engaged in.

The top five people Dwayne Johnson has had heat with

Johnson’s earliest beef was in 2008 with coworker and actor John Cena. During a 2008 interview with The Sun, Cena claimed that The Rock, who had transitioned to movies, did not give anything back to the WWE. However, The Rock never responded to this. In later years, as Cena moved to movies as Johnson did, he publicly acknowledged his mistake and apologized. The Cenation Leader claimed that he was angry but went about it the wrong way.

The next person Johnson had heat with was his Fast and the Furious co-star Vin Diesel. In August 2016, The Rock called an unnamed cast member a ‘Candy A**.’ Despite not directly calling the actor out, other co-stars confirmed it was Diesel. During the delayed filming of the ninth movie in the franchise, Diesel would openly call The Rock out on social media. This would lead to Johnson leaving the franchise to star in the spin-off series.

Another FnF costar, Tyrese Gibson, would also play a part during this beef with Diesel. Gibson was unhappy about Johnson getting his spin-off movie despite joining the franchise later than he did. He clarified his disappointment on social media while also blaming Johnson for the delays in filming the ninth movie. However, the two later patched up.

Logan Paul would be next on the list after his 2020 controversial YouTube video went viral. Johnson, who had filmed videos with Paul during his early days, wanted to cut off ties with the then Youtuber. However, the Hollywood star had his manager contact Paul to send the message. This is something that Paul was hurt by as he Johnson played the part of a role model to him.

Johnson also had beef with people in the music industry

In 2018, music producer DJ Khaled got into hot water after a sexist tweet he put out. The tweet was regarding intimate acts he would not perform on females but expected them to perform for him.

The Rock took a jab at Khaled by calling out the sexism in the tweet. Johnson even said, “Different rules for men.” This was to mock and call out the blatant sexism in Khaled’s tweet.
