Friday night’s SmackDown got the fans at the edge of their seats once again. This time courtesy of Jey Uso making a surprise appearance on the show after he was robbed of his tag team titles on RAW earlier this week. ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso had nothing but retribution on his mind.

Fans knew why he was on the show and so did the sneaky Jimmy Uso.

John Cena hinted at his retirement from the WWE

John Cena entered the ring to deafening cheers at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio. But those cheers soon turned to silence as Cena took on a more serious tone. He spoke about a “harsh truth” that he just learnt about before the show.

 

Apparently Cena has not won a televised singles match since 2018. The last match he won was against Triple H at the Greatest Royal Rumble, exactly 2002 days ago. This saddened Cena and he hinted at his retirement from the WWE.

But just as fans thought that they would be getting the worst news of the year, Cena enthusiastically told them that he believes in himself and all the fans and wants to change these losing numbers. He then challenged anyone to come out and face his wrath. And ‘The Enforcer’ Solo Sikoa was waiting for exactly that opportunity. He immediately entered the ring and started attacking The GOAT. But what happened next left all the fans dumbstruck!

Jey Uso returned to SmackDown to seek revenge for his tag titles loss

As John Cena was battling it out with Solo Sikoa in the ring, his sneaky brother Jimmy Uso as always came to spoil the party. But just as he could do any damage, he was pulled out of the ring by an enraged Jey Uso and fans went crazy at his return. Fans took to Twitter to express their immense joy in seeing Jey Uso.

Fans love how The Bloodline’s story is finally evolving.

One fan pointed out that the pop even shocked Jey Uso.
