Last night, the Tuesday Night War brought a huge blow to Tony Khan’s prestige as AEW Dynamite failed to live up to WWE NXT. While WWE mainly banked on their ultimate sledgehammer, The Undertaker to earn a huge viewership, the other star appearances like John Cena, Jade Cargill, Shotzi, etc also did their part to make the night an absolute banger.

On the other hand, AEW relied upon the former WWE legend Edge, who recently jumped ship to the rival promotion. That said, the Edge card turned out to be a super flop for Khan last night. And it seems like his former WWE stablemate Finn Balor loved it, taking a subtle dig.

Edge used to be the main architect of The Judgment Day alongside Damian Priest last year and soon brought Rhea Ripley to the fore. But little did The R-rated superstar know that he would be ousted from his own stable after Finn Balor stepped into the scene.

Now, putting all these memories to rest, the WWE Hall of Famer signed a contract with Khan to expand his path and last night’s Dynamite was his first shot to cement his status.

After Edge failed to do his job, fans assumed Balor’s recent post was a potential dig at the former superstar. Balor simply wished Mami a happy birthday, but it featured the photo of a time when the entire heel faction got the upper hand over Edge.
