He accidentally helped Liv Morgan pick up Mami’s WWE Women’s World Champion during the King and Queen of the Ring, Saudi Arabia, and ever since he fell into the trap of Liv Morgan’s excessive flotation on live TV. From getting a passionate kiss from her to being openly invited into her room, DomDom had to try hard to resist the lure of Morgan until he couldn’t anymore.

Last week on Raw, the 27-year-old agreed to team up with the Queen of Extreme to face off against his father Rey Mysterio, and Zelina Vega. After the duo stood out in the match, Mami’s music hit. It led to an inevitable confrontation between the former lovers, which left a huge question mark in Dominik Mysterio’s Judgment Day future. That said, the Mysterio kid’s off-screen bond with the members will remain intact. Recently a hilarious clip of Finn Balor making Mysterio laugh in an awkward botch went viral, making fans realise the level of inside banters they have in the locker room.

Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio shared an off-script moment together

Judgment Day has been walking on the eggshell for a long. Since October last year, cracks have been pretty visible inside the faction. With several reports suggesting that Damian Priest wouldn’t be a part of the faction going forward, the rumors of a split intensified. All these came after the tension between Priest and Balor came to the surface over a small misunderstanding in the Money in the Bank stage.

While the faction successfully sustained the vulnerability, currently after Mami’s much-anticipated return and how she’s been at loggerheads with Dominik Mysterio suggests another split rumor. But Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio’s lighthearted moment in a backstage segment saw the former North American Champion laughing his belly out after receiving a cheeky smirk from Balor.

While we don’t know what exactly they were exchanging, the laughs and jokes kept the break-up rumor at arm’s length for the time being. The video quickly went viral on social media as an X account shared it with the caption, “Finn making Dom break character is killing me.”

Dominik Mysterio had a long rivalry with his father Rey Mysterio that culminated into a grudge match in WrestleMania. Although after a prolonged back and forth, Dominik Mysterio received a lesson from his dad, the father-son duo continuously trading barbs on TV helped to catch a lot of eyeballs to the Judgement Day as Finn Balor believes.

During a recent interview with What’s the Story, the Judgement Day leader said, he and Damian Priest were entitled to help DomDom get through all the troubles, but it’s Mysterio who, as a seasoned heel, got a lot of attention to the faction. Ever since he turned on his father, Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio at Clash at the Castle 2022, people started to boo him uncontrollably, which ultimately went in favor of Judgment Day, establishing them as a credible heel unit.
