The ongoing storyline and gimmicks that Uncle Howdy and the rest of the Wyatt 6 have picked up is a legacy left behind by the former’s older brother. Most of their gimmicks are undisclosed for now, as we don’t know much about what they are representing and how they will fit in the wrestling matches. WWE veteran Bully Ray seems to have a theory as to how the Wyatt 6 can fit into other storylines while still being the supernatural entities that they are supposedly representing. He theorized this by connecting the dots between the stable and Finn Balor.

The Judgment Day gradually strayed away from the supernatural element and embraced a ‘thug’ theme for the stable. However, Balor continued his gimmick as The Demon. The 42-year-old represents himself as a combination of two different Irish Celtic mythological figures, Fionn Mac Cumhaill, and Balor. He showcases his duality by using Finn and Balor, shining light and the darkness within him. However, to fit in with the rest of the team, he only calls upon the demon whenever necessary. Bully Ray thinks the Wyatt 6 may get inspired by this concept.

On the Busted Open Podcast, the co-host said, “How would you feel if the Wyatt 6 were kind of like Finn Balor in reverse? Finn is mortal until he needs to call on the demon. What if the majority of the time we see these Wyatt 6 characters until they actually have to wrestle?

This concept would make them similar to Finn Balor, but a re-imagined version of him. He also added that this could make the fans like the stable members even more when they wrestle because they will be more relatable. Additionally, fans would be able to feel their pain more closely without the masks on.

On the same podcast, Bully Ray also offered one more perspective that we may witness come to life soon.

One gimmick seemingly revealed ahead of the official announcement

Despite having debuted in the promotion, the supernatural stable hasn’t yet revealed the gimmick names for the characters that they seem to be playing. All the wrestling fans online have already laid down the possibility of what role each wrestler may be playing. However, there is still no confirmation for the same. Regardless of the situation, when Bully Ray was talking about Nikki Cross’ promo on Raw 06/24, he asked if they could call her ‘Sister Abigail’ yet.

This character holds a lot of significance in the Bray Wyatt lore and it could be that Nikki Cross is representing the voice in Wyatt’s head that he had named ‘Abigail the Witch’. This seems to be the path that the Stamford-based company is taking, but nothing can be confirmed until the official confirmation or announcement.

What do you think is the deal behind the characters in the team? Do you think they might be similar to Balor’s transformation, being able to turn on their will? Let us know in the comments.
