“F***ing What”, “Who Hacked Y’All”: Fans Left Startled as WWE Shares ‘Cryptic Industry News’

However, the wrestling company just surpassed all definitions of bizarreness with a very unusual piece of news.

One of the social media handles of the wrestling company posted a bizarre update about a former TNA wrestler. The cryptic ‘industry news’ has left the WWE universe dazed and dumbfounded.

Matt Morgan and the weird space program

Matt Morgan is a former WWE wrestler who later on signed a deal with TNA. Morgan has shown a lot of versatility throughout his life. She was an elite basketball player before he joined pro wrestling. Matt made multiple appearances in the WWE and was a solid big man alongside Brock Lesnar. Several plans were also created to feature Morgan as the brother of Kane. However, the management later discarded the plans. 

The WWE tried to use Matt Morgan in various ways from 2002-2005, but nothing seemed to stick. Morgan later left Vince’s company and joined TNA. Matt Morgan entered politics after quitting wrestling and served as the mayor of Longwood, Chicago, for a year. This time, however, Morgan has become part of something incredibly bizarre.

The WWE recently posted a news update via their X (formerly Twitter) handle. The tweet simply said, “Industry News: TNA wrestler to have DNA sent to space”. These words were followed by a shortened URL that led to a small news item on the WWE website. The news says that the DNA of Matt Morgan from TNA will be processed and sent into space. The news item is actually from August 14, 2008.

Moreover, fans could not digest that the company acknowledged the TNA. The fans reacted to the unusual and suspicious tweet in a bid to decipher its contents.

The unusual tweet has led several fans to believe Vince’s company was hacked. One of the fans even humorously guessed the name of the hacker.
