Cody Rhodes once again proved himself on the big stage. The American Nightmare continued his unbeaten run as he once again got the better of his WrestleMania 38 opponent, Seth Rollins.
Rollins claimed Rhodes’ surprise WWE return did not let him prepare for their WrestleMania match. Thus, he challenged Cody Rhodes for a rematch at WrestleMania Backlash.
Tonight, Seth Rollins really looked prepared. In the opening stages of the match, he always looked one step ahead of the former AEW superstar.

But Cody Rhodes showed his fighting spirit once again. He got another victory over Rollins as both men put up a classic once again.
Soon after this match, fans took to Twitter to reveal their opinion on this match. Almost every fan praised Rollins and Rhodes for putting forward such a great performance. Some fans also want a rematch between them at WWE Hell in a Cell 2022.

Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes once again delivered impressive performances
In planning and strategizing, fans consider Seth Rollins one of the best. And tonight, Rollins showed exactly why fans say so. He had counters for almost every move of Cody Rhodes in the opening moments of the match.

Rollins controlled the match in the beginning. He punished Rhodes as he delivered a thunderous clothesline outside the ring. And later, send him crashing into the barricade.
As the match progressed, Rollins had the upper hand. But the former AEW superstar ultimately got himself into the match after hitting a superplex from the top rope.

Rhodes showed his impressive moves as he delivered the Cody Cutter. But Rollins looked determined not to suffer another defeat at the hands of Rhodes.

In the end, the former WWE Champion tried to roll up Rhodes for the win. But Rhodes countered it into a roll-up pinfall of his own for a successful three count. This gave Rhodes another victory over Seth Rollins.
