The 2020 Survivor Series is less than 24 hours away. The final farewell of The Undertaker is the major attraction of Survivor Series this year. Despite that, the pay-per-view also has six impressive matches on the card.

It is the Best of the Best from Raw and SmackDown going head to head for brand supremacy. Being one of WWE’s big four PPVs and given the Survivor Series reputation, it is a no brainer that there will definitely be some surprises in store for the WWE Universe. Here’s looking at possible shockers we could see at Survivor Series.
1. Retribution spoils Traditional Survivor Series Match
Team Raw is clearly dysfunctional and Team SmackDown has barely been in the ring together. Both teams and the weeks leading up to their match haven’t been up to the usual Survivor Series mark.
Retribution is literally looking for “Retribution” despite several failed attempts to solidify themselves as a threat. WWE’s booking has left the group in a limbo and there’s nothing better than showing what they truly mean by creating complete chaos in the Traditional Survivor Series Match.
Retribution sneakily won a match against Team Raw this week on Raw. Will we see them again? We very well could. They aren’t on the card, anyway!
2. Lana is the sole survivor at Survivor Series
From a not so impressive angle with Bobby Lashley & Rusev to being put through the announce table nine weeks in a row – Lana’s year hasn’t been very good.
The once ‘Ravishing Russian’ is now in her singles run on the main roster. After all that she’s been through at the hands of Nia Jax over the last two months, what a shocker it would be if Lana, the woman who Nia called a weak-link ends up as the sole survivor for Team Raw. It would be a fitting culmination of a nine-week table story!
3. A New WWE Champion
The WWE Champion Drew McIntyre will take on Universal Champion Roman Reigns in what promises to be a clash of WWE’s top stars of the current era.
It is obvious that this will be a hard-hitting, long match that will take a toll on both men. With Roman meaner and stronger than ever since awakening his inner ‘Tribal Chief,’ he also has Jey Uso at the back.
McIntyre has his enemies to take care of as well. Randy Orton may or may not be a factor in this match, but The Miz can be.
If McIntyre takes a lot of damage, ‘The A-Lister’ would definitely strike at this opportunity to cash-in his Money In The Bank Contract and win his second WWE Championship. This is one shocker that could very well happen, because you never say never in the WWE.
4. The Fiend crashes The Undertaker’s farewell

There is no idea of how the final farewell of The Undertaker is gonna be. A few legends and Hall of Famers are announced, but nothing more. It would be an absolute shocker if “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt attacks The Undertaker as the show ends.
It will be a great passing of the torch moment considering ‘The Deadman’ himself called Bray Wyatt the future of WWE.

Even if The Fiend doesn’t attack ‘The Phenom,’ it would be great if the two embrace each other before disappearing. Either way, The Fiend’s presence at the final farewell is something we all low-key want.
Let’s see what surprises WWE has in store for the fans. WWE Survivor Series starts at 7E/4P on the WWE Network!
