The feud between The Undertaker and Mankind (Mick Foley) is one of the most legendary feuds in WWE history. They have competed in several matches. However, the clash on April 20th, 1997 at WWF In Your House might be one of their most legendary matches.

Foley tweeted a GIF of the bout with the caption, “25 Years Ago Today! April 20, 1997 #RevengeOfTheTaker. It was always an honor to share the ring with @Undertaker.”

Mankind challenged Undertaker for the championship bout. The match was quite intense, and they both assaulted each other brutally. However, The Undertaker successfully defended his championship after delivering a Tombstone Piledriver.

Fans Reaction on the Legendary Feud

WWF In Your House was a true classic. Fans reacted to the match by expressing their thoughts and thanking Undertaker and Foley.

Remembering the match one fan said, he thought Foley broke his neck when the Deadman choked him, and he praised Foley for providing him with memorable memory.

Until then, Taker had solidified his spot and had already been a superstar. The Undertaker’s energy and intensity were unrivaled, and one fan was astonished by Foley because he matched his intensity throughout their feud.

One fan expressed admiration for the two legends for their legendary battles, saying it was an honor to witness them as a fan.

When Mankind showed amazing bravery by taking a massive bump over the top of the cell, which knocked him off and onto the announce table, where Undertaker threw him. However, in the end, the Deadman won the bout.
