Gable Steveson secured the NCAA Heavyweight National Championship for the second time. This sent the WWE Universe into a frenzy and everyone began speculating about Steveson’s possible WWE debut.
Steveson has already signed a WWE deal but as per that, he doesn’t come on board until May following his college graduation.

While the fans are speculating about his WWE debut, here are three possible situations when Steveson can officially arrive.
Gable Steveson can make a WrestleMania 38 debut
The young wrestler can possibly make his debut at the upcoming WrestleMania. It’s supposedly going to be one of the biggest events of 2022.
Given the impact of WrestleMania, it’s the perfect platform for Steveson to arrive at WWE. While he may not have a match at The Show of Shows, a segment is quite possible.
It’s unknown if this is something the creative team is considering, but it’s an idea worth dabbling with.

The young wrestler could make his debut at Money in the Bank
Considering WrestleMania already has Stone Cold Steve Austin, Steveson’s debut might get overshadowed.
However, Money in the Bank 2022 is another PPV where Steveson could make his debut. Last year, John Cena returned at Money in the Bank. Therefore, fans could be expecting something grand at MITB 2022.

In this case, Gable Steveson entering the ladder match as a surprise entrant will become the highlight of the PPV.
Now, should he win the briefcase? Gable Steveson is an athlete who has secured the NCAA Championship twice and won an Olympic Gold Medal in freestyle wrestling. Hence, his resume is all the evidence one needs to justify Steveson possibly winning the MITB Briefcase in case he’s a surprise entrant at the ladder match.
WWE sticks to the originally planned debut
As per his contract, Steveson is going to make his WWE debut in May.
Keeping everything aside, this could be the plan WWE follows through. From the very beginning, WWE and Steveson were on the same page about his debut.
