Recently, a 38-year-old former women’s champion shared a delightful update on social media, highlighting the positive influence Ric Flair’s daughter has had on her. Fans praised the post and even shared some of their experiences.

Lina I was almost 600 pounds in 2021. I started my journey and now I’m below 500 pounds. I’m still big but I’m doing better. Before long I’ll have gastric sleeve surgery and when I lose the weight from that I’ll get my knees replaced. You got this!

After losing her belt at SoFi Stadium, Charlotte Flair hasn’t appeared in any of the following WWE episodes. While one possible reason could have been an injury she might have suffered during her match against Rhea Ripley, it was later reported that Flair had other goals.
According to US journalist Dave Meltzer, Flair “talked about doing a bodybuilding contest this summer”. Meltzer further said that the 37-year-old has been following a strict diet, keeping in mind her goal.
It isn’t surprising at all, considering that Charlotte Flair used to work as a fitness trainer before becoming a pro wrestler. She isn’t the first among the current superstars either to try out the sport. Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair has successfully tried her hand at it.
