Vince McMahon is one of the most polarizing figures in history. Consequently, the man has received all kinds of reactions from WWE fans, his current, and former employees. However, no matter what opinion one has of The Chairman of WWE, one has to respect his accomplishments. Recently, a clip of a younger McMahon has resurfaced and fans cannot get enough of it.

Vince McMahon is promoting a show that is coming up where he lists the matches about to happen. The Chairman looks almost unrecognizable in this clip. McMahon is in his late 20s in this clip and looks absolutely dashing. It gives goosebumps to think about the heights that the young man in the video will achieve soon. Fans seem to not get enough of the video.

Vince McMahon has successfully made WWE into a global entity and he started his career at the very bottom of the industry. Today’s fans have probably only seen McMahon as an authority figure, but he wasn’t always that. While for the past three decades Vince has managed WWE from behind the curtain, he had a much more active TV role before.

Vince McMahon has played a fictionalized version of himself as the overarching villain in the storylines of WWE. He appears as the evil boss of WWE that gets into feuds with his wrestlers. Most prominently, his TV character peaked in the late 1990s in a feud with Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Yes, in fact, when Vince worked for his father, his primary role was as a commentator and an announcer. McMahon knew very well how to sell and call the matches that were on schedule. Vince did not leave this role even after he purchased the company from his father.

For more than two decades, starting from the 1970s to 1997, Vince McMahon was extremely involved in the commentary team. He spent many years as the lead commentator for WWE shows, especially during the 1990s. However, after 1997, when his on-screen character as the evil boss picked up steam, he slowly gave up commentary.

Something that is hilarious in this context is that many current and former WWE commentators have said that Vince still gives them instructions in their headsets. He is also famously, very particular about which words and phrases cannot be used by anyone in WWE. The Chairman of WWE clearly always had a vision of things in mind and no one can argue that his vision has worked.
