Mercedes Mone made women’s wrestling just as captivating, motivating, and entertaining as men’s wrestling. She won the prestigious NXT Women’s Championship during her NXT tenure at WWE. Her marvelous skill and eye-catching performance saw her get promoted to the main roster soon after.

Since then, she’s made headlines with her never-ending chain of feats. She was a five-time Raw Women’s Champion, one-time SmackDown Women’s Champion, and three-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion. She became the epitome of success and a rich legacy before marking an end to her dominance in Vince McMahon’s promotion due to some creative differences last year.

However, she did not lose any momentum, as she recreated herself as Mercedes Mone in NPJW shortly after and went on to claim gold in the Japanese promotion. Mone recorded an incredible NPJW run as well until her unfortunate ankle injury in May.

Fans acknowledge Marcedes Mone’s recent wrestling milestone

Fans hadn’t seen Mone in the ring or on social media for a while. The former WWE star last went active on Twitter to update her fans about her speedy recovery right after breaking her ankle in NPJW Resurgence. She resurfaced again recently on Twitter to share some cheerful news.

After fans got to know about Mone passing the 13-year mark of her commendable pro wrestling career, they showered her with sweet messages.

They praised the 31-year-old for everything she has done in the business in the past 13 years.

Some WWE fans urged her to get back in the WWE ring.

Despite being an icon in the pro wrestling field, Mone didn’t let her other pursuits slow down. The multi-talented lady nailed it on the big screen as well, making her feature film debut in The Collective, directed by Tom DeNucci. The movie was released on August 4.
