Although The Rock came back to don a heel role to be a backbone to his Samoan brother, it seems he’s slowly becoming the main character in the picture. While Roman Reigns continues living up to his typical tag of a part-time champion, The Rock scored more attendance in the televised shows than him. And it hit fans as an absolutely unsettling truth as they see the nonsense in the hype about crowning an idle champion for another long year.
Fans went in a frenzy over a recently revealed Roman Reigns-The Rock comparison
People getting mad about the limited schedule of the Undisputed Universal Champion has been a recurring theme in the WWE Universe for a while now. He worked only a total of 11 matches last year, including five title defense bouts. But on the road to WrestleMania, Reigns’s claim to do more work revitalized his fans unless and until they realized all these were flat lies. He has been seen nowhere on the blue brand tonight.

However, apart from all the brickbats he received, Reigns has his reasons not to jump on a full-fledged schedule.
Roman Reigns’ shaking health is a driving force behind his part-time status
Reigns’ reduced schedule dates back to 2022. While it marred his championship run to an extent, it was necessary for his health.
A few years back, Roman Reigns sent shockwaves to the WWE Universe by announcing his second battle with the life-threatening leukemia. Following that declaration, Reigns took a long break. He had to give up on his title defense match against Braun Strowman and Brock Lesnar in the process. Later, he bounced back and went on a remission in 2019. Just a year later, another physical setback cropped up for The Tribal Chief as COVID-19, leading him to skip his spot WrestleMania 36. These continual health disruptions prompted him to opt for a part time run in 2022.
