On SmackDown 02/02, Cody Rhodes stepped down from his WrestleMania challenge to Roman Reigns. To tackle the situation, WWE re-uploaded the video. This time around, they edited the segment and removed the part where Rhodes walked out of the ring. According to fans, they tried to change the narrative to show everyone that “The American Nightmare” willingly gave up the spot.

When the fanbase learned about the same again, they took to Twitter and showed their discontent with the wrestling company again.
