When he’s not working out to get in shape for wrestling or a huge role like Hercules, Dwayne Johnson follows a five-day diet plan. It goes like this and comes to us from the Man of Many website.
Meal #1 | Ten ounces steak Two cups of oatmeal Three egg whites One whole egg One glass of watermelon juice |
Meal #2 | Two servings of chicken Two bell peppers Three cups mushrooms, Three cups broccoli One protein shake |
Meal #3 | Eight ounces of salmon Eight asparagus tips Two whole eggs Two cups rice medley Three cups broccoli |
Meal #4 | Ten ounces of steak Three baked potatoes Eight asparagus tips One glass orange juice |

A rigorous seven-day diet plan

In 2014, Dwayne Johnson landed the role of Hercules, literally a Greek God. To prepare for that role, Johnson needed to up the ante and take on a seven-day diet plan. It looked something like this, and comes to us from Men’s Health.
Meal #1 | Ten ounces of fillet with four egg whites, 50z (z means fluid ounces) oatmeal, or cream of wheat (measured dry) |
Meal #2 | Eight ounces of chicken, two cups of white rice, one cup of broccoli |
Meal #3 | Eight ounces of halibut, two cups of white rice, one cup of asparagus |
Meal #4 | Eight ounces of chicken, Twelve ounces of baked potato, one cup of broccoli |
Meal #5 | Eight ounces of halibut, 1.5 cups white rice, one cup of asparagus |
Meal #6 | Eight ounces of fillet, 90z baked potato with salad |
Meal #7 | Thirty grams casein protein, ten egg whites scrambled with onions, peppers, and mushrooms |
