When you take Mick Foley’s name, the first thing that comes to mind is the infamous Hell In A Cell match with The Undertaker. The WWE legend is currently signed on to the promotion as an ambassador. He also has a prolific wrestling career behind him. Known for his 2 by 4 covered in barbed wire gimmick, the Hall of Famer is known for his wicked personality.

However, there is another sweet thing that comes to the minds of fellow wrestlers when you take Foley’s name. We’re talking about Foley’s famous Christmas letters and videos. Every year Foley sends out personal letters and videos to all his WWE colleagues during Christmas time.

But this time, he thought of taking some professional advice from Johnson on how to make the videos more creative. In response, The Rock recorded a voice message detailing everything required from lighting to script for a good Christmas video. On a recent episode of his podcast, Foley Is Pod, he talked about that in detail.

Foley said, “So it was always nice to hear from The Rock and he really enjoys the Christmas letter and the videos and he was entirely responsible for me upping my game last year. Not sure if you saw any of the Santa videos, I said, ‘Hey any details you could give me to help me write a good letter or do a good video?’ and he left a seven-and-half-minute voice message with real details.” Post that Foley invested a lot in the shooting equipment to make these videos world-class.

He added, “We got professional lighting, great green screen, editing, and really, you know, he forced me the same way he did in wrestling you know. The great ones, they force you to raise the bar, so The Rock raised the bar for me as far as Christmas videos went”.

But this is just how Johnson is for people he really cares about and that also means his die-hard fans. He once did someone extra special for a fan that will stay in her heart forever.

Fans can go to any length to get a glimpse of their favorite superstars. That’s exactly what a 10th grader did just to click a pic with The Rock.

She waited for nearly two hours early in the morning, outside his house, to get a picture with Johnson. He was so emotionally touched by the young girl’s gesture that he gave her a solid selfie. Not only that, but he also gave her and all her friends at her school free tickets to Black Adam.
