The fallout from Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam continues to make headlines nearly two months after the movie was released. First came the debacle around Henry Cavill who announced a return to the franchise after a Black Adam cameo only to reveal he won’t be part of the franchise going forward. Then DC executives had a falling out with The Rock over his touting of Black Adam’s numbers, which they claimed was false information. And now DJ recently revealed that Black Adam will not feature in DC’s new vision effectively putting an end to his role as the superhero.

It looks like we won’t be getting a sequel to the first movie at least in the near future. Dwayne Johnson’s falling out with DC has got the fans talking over on social media. Many fans even brought up his fractured relationship with Fast and Furious actor Vin Diesel and made fun of DJ.
Fans bring up Vin Diesel to troll Dwayne Johnson after DC debacle
Despite promising a new era and change in the DC hierarchy, Dwayne Johnson is on his way out of the franchise. The hierarchy did indeed change at DC studios but without the former WWE Champion leading the charges. James and Peter Safran are now rebooting the franchise. Moreover, The Brahma Bull himself announced that Black Adam won’t be part of the first chapter of the new DCU.

It seemingly ends hopes of a sequel while The Rock’s future with the franchise is also in doubt. This saga led to fans reminiscing about DJ’s fallout with Vin Diesel. Both Diesel and The Rock were part of the Fast and Furious franchise before things turned sour and The Great One left his role. In fact, the two actors haven’t been on good terms since. Many fans took to Twitter and joked about how Vin Diesel had the last laugh and all this happened because The Rock turned his back on his “family”.
One fan wrote, “Dwayne won the battle, but Vin won the War.” Another fan also said, “that’s what happens when you turn your back on family.”
Here are the top fan reactions as they had a hilarious take on Johnson’s situation with Diesel right now.
