Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s Daughter Ava Raine Calls Out WWE Star for Seemingly Stalking Her

Simone Johnson, the daughter of The Rock, has been working as the General Manager of NXT for quite a while now. Debuting in the Black and Gold brand under the name Ava Raine, she has now become a known face among the fans of NXT. However, we’re pretty sure that throughout her managerial career, she hasn’t been creeped out as much as she has now.

What creeped her out? Well, it was a recent online activity done by none other than NXT superstar Tatum Paxley. She uploaded a non-consensual picture of Ava Raine on her Twitter, prompting a reply from the manager herself.

Ever since Paxley made her return to the black and gold brand, she has been portraying the gimmick of a creepy stalker. Earlier it was Lyra Valkyria who was being stalked, but it seems like now Paxley has a new target in mind. Taking to her X account, she uploaded a blurry picture of Ava Raine where the NXT manager stood unaware of the fact that she was being clicked. But as soon as she saw the post, she reposted it with the caption, “what is wrong with you like actually.”

But the answer to the question was right below in the comment section of the post. As Paxley replied, “I want to be close to you”. Earlier when Paxley stalked Valyria, she promised her all the help she needed to be the NXT women’s champion. However, she later turned on Valkyria when she lost the title to Roxanne Perez. So could it be that Paxley now wants the title for herself and wants to be close to Raine for the same? But to win the title, she will have to face current champ Roxanne Perez. But Perez has a different dream match in mind.

Perez outlines her desire for engaging in a dream match against AJ Lee

Roxanne Perez is one of WWE’s most recognizable current faces. At the Stand & Deliver event, she defeated Lyra Valkyria to become the new NXT Champion. Perez has always been vocal about his admiration for AJ Lee. In a recent interview, the champion recalled how inspiring the veteran has been in her career. She also expressed her desire to face her, at least once before retiring.

She said, “We’re trying. Working hard. You know, hopefully one day she’ll come back and maybe we can all do something together. That would be like my dream. I can’t retire until I have a match against AJ Lee” She further revealed an incident from when a 12-year-old Perez met Lee, and how it made her such a fan of the former WWE superstar. “I was crying. I was a fan. And was telling her that I’m going to be a wrestler one day. She was so supportive and so great. Then I met her a couple of years later when I was with Ring of Honor. She remembered me from that time and I remember she told me. She said, I hope you blow me out of the water and everyone forgets about me.”

AJ Lee stood out as one of the most talented and charismatic wrestlers of her generation. She debuted on WWE’s main roster in 2011 and quickly gained popularity.  All thanks to her unique personality and skill in the ring. During her WWE career, she won the Divas Championship thrice. Establishing herself as one of the company’s leading female figures. In addition to her accomplishments in the ring, AJ Lee was also recognized for her role in the women’s revolution in WWE. Where she fought for greater recognition and screen time for female wrestlers. Shee retired from professional wrestling in 2015. But her legacy continues to be remembered by fans. Nevertheless, it doesn’t seem like a matchup with Perez is in the pipeline for Paxley. Especially after she invited the ire of NXT’s GM Ava Raine. What do you make of the interaction between the two?
