Now, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson does not need any sort of introduction. Honestly, there aren’t many pro-wrestlers out there who became one of the highest-paid actors all over the globe. With his latest movie – Jungle Cruise, performing well in the box office, The Rock had a message for WWE Legend Kurt Angle.
Recently, Angle took to Twitter and uploaded a hilarious video while he was out with his family to watch The Rock’s new movie; however, Angle teased a match with ‘The Great One’.

The Rock would still “lay the SmackDown” on Kurt Angle
In a reply to Angle’s tweet, Dwayne took to Twitter and jokingly addressed Angle by saying it doesn’t matter if Angle has won a gold medal for his country or if he is a Hall of Famer, The Rock would still beat Angle in a match.
Just because you’re a multi time heavyweight champion, a Hall of Famer and the only American Olympian to win a Gold medal with a broken neck doesn’t mean I won’t lay the Smackdown on that candy ass of yours, Kurt 💀😂 Kidding, you win.
Glad you & the ohana loved #JungleCruise!!! https://t.co/uv021rDsCv— Dwayne Johnson (@TheRock) August 14, 2021
Now, of course, Dwyane was joking about the matter, but in pro-wrestling, we cannot count these possibilities out. Just like Ric Flair made his surprise appearance in Mexican pro-wrestling promotion AAA.
The two legends had memorable matches together
Whenever WWE put Rock and Kurt together, whether in a onetime segment or a lengthy storyline, it instantly becomes a treat for everyone’s eyes.
Everyone remembers their famous battle at No way Out PPV back in 2001 for the WWF Championship where both the wrestlers delivered an all-time classic one-on-one match.
