After being in the limelight for more than 2 decades and entertaining fans worldwide, DJ finally answered probably one of the most asked questions to him for the first time.
How much sleep Dwayne Johnson gets in a day?
In the most recent video that was posted, The People’s Champ answered the query while speaking with his social media followers. In his words, “Well, here’s a truth I don’t get enough. Sleep is not overrated. You always hear the hustle mentality. I sleep when I die. Well, you can go and go and go, but eventually, that happened to me for years I got tired just running on fumes.”

He added, “So I really tried to get as much sleep as I possibly can get. And I would average I would say realistically probably 4hours or 4 and a half hours.”

As per Johnson, once the children are asleep and the home is peaceful, he gets a few more hours of quiet work to reset himself and the tasks he needs to complete for the week. After all of that, he gets a late night’s sleep, but his kids again get up early and start jumping all over him.
Johnson is actually harming his life due to these bad habits
DJ makes an effort to sleep as much as he can, despite not getting the average amount of human sleep. And he states clearly that he believes sleep is crucial and that he is not a huge admirer of those who always advocates for sleeping less and working more.

He made a convincing case for it by pointing out that sleep gives you the ability to heal so that you may have energy the next day and that, as a Megastar, he must constantly be energetic. However, he himself doesn’t adhere to an appropriate sleep cycle, which is essential.
Additionally, according to the Mayo Clinic, while everyone’s sleep needs are different, normally 7 to 8 hours each night are recommended. Notably, not getting enough sleep regularly causes a lot of health issues.

In order to put things into perspective, Johnson would lose more than 1270 hours of sleep every year if he continued to miss out on three and a half hours of sleep each day. It is undoubtedly a huge number and a warning that Johnson has to rethink his way of life.
