Dwayne Johnson’s Millionaire Ex-Wife Joins Thousands in Mourning ‘Superman’ Henry Cavill’s Loss

The recent news about the release of a DC superhero shook everyone. A shake-up at Warner Bros resulted in the dropping of Henry Cavill by the DC studios. It evidently reflects that from now on, we won’t see Cavill as our Superman.

After his departure from the DC universe, several people from the film fraternity took to the internet to pay respect to Henry Cavill.

One among all those was the ex-wife of Dwayne Johnson. Dany Gracia is also a producer of Black Adam, and being so close to the industry, she felt obliged to express her opinions. 

Everyone’s emotions at this time feel the same, no one is happy with this departure. One reason is that the actor has seamlessly entertained the audience by serving for almost a decade as Superman. However, we have to move on, as Cavill won’t be there to catch us if we fall.

The most dreadful news has already been delivered. However, as per reports, the decision makers behind this are James Gunn and Peter Safran. The reasons are yet improbable. But there are multiple theories that are roaming around since the announcement.

Some suggest it to be the first step in removing Syndeverse from DCEU, as Cavill was the face of it. There are plenty of other speculations as well, one of which includes the younger adaptation of the Man of Steel as the motive.

All share the mourning of Cavill’s release from the DC universe. Some used social media to share their feelings.

Dany Gracia also reflected on the news by sharing her side. She said, “You are and will always be our Superman and you are, of course so much more. Here’s to the brilliance that lies before you”.

Along with her, one of the producers of Black Adam and her brother, Hiram Garcia, also poured out emotions. He said, “You will always be the Superman of our generation brother. Always”. 

Several such well-known personalities shared their views on social media. Mostly, everyone stated that Henry Cavill is irreplaceable and that he will always be our Superman.

After hearing to this sad news, there might be something relaxing for all of us. Ever since the announcement of Cavill’s release from the DC universe, it has been saddening, but a tweet by James Gunn might cheer you up.

In one of his recent tweets, it hinted at the possibility of Henry Cavill’s return to the DCU once again. 

He mentioned his conversation with Cavill and that both of them are talking about other exciting possibilities to work together in the future. That being said, we wait for the actor to soon make an appearance in the DC universe again.
