However, Johnson is putting his mansion in Australia up for sale, as he does not travel to the nation very often. According to RealEstate.au, Johnson’s mansion, known as Te Moana, is up for grabs. However, the price for a Hollywood-style luxurious house like that is staggering. 

Although the price hasn’t surfaced, the previous buyer bought the house for $12.5 million in 2020. An area of 3296 meters surrounds the majestic house.

The buyer will need to have deep pockets to acquire a house like that. The price of the property could be similar to another high-end riverfront property, which was seemingly owned by DJ himself. This similar property was recently sold at a staggering $24 million during an auction. 

Te Moana also shares noticeable similarities with a famous mansion situated on the Isle of Capri, known as “59 The Corso.” This other mansion gained popularity by becoming the most expensive residential property ever auctioned in Queensland during the month of July.

Previously, his home was owned by actor Paul Reiser and music legend Alex Van Halen. While it was initially for sale for $30 million, Johnson bought the mansion for $27.8 million. The six-bedroom mansion has 12 bathrooms and is centered over an area of 17,630 square feet. 

Furthermore, the mansion also features an elevator, a music studio, an indoor pool, a movie theater, and a state-of-the-art gym. All in all, it’s a wonderful life for Dwayne Johnson.
