Dwayne Johnson Turns Down Massive Offer from Hollywood

Additionally, Chris Rock has been contacted for the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards, which has put him back in the spotlight once again. According to reports, Dwayne Johnson is also in discussions to host.

The Emmy Awards will take place on September 13, 2022, if you didn’t already know. From June 1, 2012, until May 31, 2022, the award will recognize the best American Primetime TV series. The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences will decide who receives the award.

According to Deadline, the Primetime Emmys had approached ‘The Great One’ and Chris Rock to host the show. However, Rock has turned down the offer. Johnson, on the other hand, is unlikely to accept the offer as he’ll be preoccupied with the promotion of his upcoming picture, Black Adam.

Reginald Hudlin and the Done+Dusted production company will produce this year’s Primetime Emmys, which will be aired on NBC. The hosting job is anticipated to be filled by NBC and Peacock talent. Although, according to reports, they might cast a broad net, including those not linked with NBC.
