There isn’t a perfect formula to success. You reap what you sow, and Dwayne Johnson understood this philosophy from a young age.
When the man transitioned from WWE to Hollywood, he knew it was time to kick it up a notch. He wasn’t The Rock anymore; he was Dwayne Johnson. However, it’s not easy to earn success in an industry where millions are chasing their dreams.
After working in a couple of films, Johnson got his first lead role in The Scorpion King in 2002. The movie was a success, but the success didn’t have a prolonged ripple effect. This is when he knew it was time to make some changes to his strategies.

Some had advised him to lose the entire essence of The Rock, but he knew that wasn’t happening. He tried to convince his team to study Will Smith and George Clooney’s methods of success. When they didn’t agree with him, Johnson built a whole new team with Dany Garcia.

Dany Garcia and Dwayne Johnson co-founded Seven Bucks Production and produced movies such as Hobbs & Shaw, Skyscraper, and others. These movies skyrocketed his value without him having to change his physique or diminish the entire face value of The Rock.

Garcia and Johnson are co-owners of the Teremana Tequila, The XFL, and Seven Bucks Productions. Keeping that aside, Johnson has ZOA Energy while Dany Garcia has The Garcia Companies.

Both of them had the brain for business, and together, they have been unstoppable. Garcia is the producer of most of Johnson’s movies.
