The Rock considers the gym and ‘working out’ to be, “My kinda therapy that’s cheaper than a shrink“. According to him, this is the kind of therapy that’s as cheap as it gets. So, it is obvious that he would want everyone to get it right. In order to make lifting more fun, he pointed out a habit that fitness freaks indulge in.
People often consider it necessary to lift heavy to build a good physique. However, The Rock has an alternative for everyone who is ‘killing’ themselves with heavier weights.
Sharing a video of him doing ‘cable rows’, Johnson took to the caption to write, “For cable row, I try to really stretch and get full range of motion at the bottom with a squeeze pause at the top. I’m tall and my muscular structure is elongated so I do my best to really engage that legit full range of motion. Makes a huge difference + you don’t have to kill yourself using heavy weight to get positive results.”
