On October 22, The Eradicator of The Judgment Day posted a video where she is seen training her forearms. Among the many exercises that exist, Ripley chose a “little” one to build her biceps.

She tried a 7-7-7 set or 21s as it is also known globally. During the course of the set, the person has to do seven repetitions in the lower range and then follow it with another seven in the upper range. Once the two sevens are done, a full range of motion is performed seven more times, thus making it a 7-7-7 exercise. This is one of the most effective ways to pump the biceps.

Commenting on Ripley’s workout, Johnson posted an NSFW reply: “F**k yeah 💪🏾,” The Great One commented. He, without a doubt, was left impressed with Mami’s “Little 7/7/7 x 4 finisher”. Last year, Ripley detailed her workout plan during an appearance on fellow Superstar Sheamus’s Celtic Warrior Workouts.

The Australian follows a pyramid-style training- the number of repetitions lowers, and the weights increase throughout. This style aids to her impressive physique.
