Over the decades, Dwayne Johnson has managed to mesmerize people around the world with his humble demeanor. The list of his fans comprises a motley crew. They range from layman to big stars themselves. Adding to that growing list is Ford chief executive officer James Duncan Farley. The 61-year-old has revealed how one of Johnson’s acts left him impressed.

The event took place recently, as evident by the post, which was shared on X, erstwhile Twitter. Farley met Johnson in person as the latter splurged on a car to add to his collection.

Dwayne Johnson picks up new car, shares admiration for workers

The Brahma Bull turned up at Galpin Ford in Los Angeles, California recently to pick up his new car. The wrestler-turned-actor was there to pick his new Raptor R. The price of the said car starts at $107,400, with an additional $1,745 in destination fees, according to reports.

While picking his car, Johnson interacted with the workers there. He showered lavish praise on the workers, who gathered to listen to The Rock. The 51-year-old later posed for a group photograph. Sharing a video of the moment, Farley, who was also seen interacting with the Hollywood star, wrote: “I was lucky to be with @TheRock when he met with the awesome team at @galpinautosport @galpinford.”

The Ford CEO also praised the hard work of the employees there, who get “their hands dirty to serve” the Ford customers. This is also not the first time Johnson has picked up a car from Ford. In fact, he’s particularly fond of the company and has used their car in the past.

The $60 billion company too has added value to their bond, with response to special requests from Johnson.

The $800 million rich actor is known for his ability to surprise people and leave them speechless. He has, in the past, and continues to surprise people with his generosity. One such instance was shared by Johnson himself on Instagram.

He posted a series of photos of a Navy veteran receiving a customized Ford F-150 Raptor as a gift from him. The post was made on November 25, 2021.

And not just the vet, Johnson bought his own father, WWE Hall of Famer Rocky Johnson, a Ford Explorer worth $50,000 as one of his gifts.

So, needless to say, Dwayne Johnson has a special place in his heart for the American motor company and continues to conduct business with them.
