The Bloodline vs. Cody Rhodes saga continued in tonight’s edition of RAW. And this time it drew blood in a match that actually did not involve a member of the faction but had Drew McIntyre instead. The American Nightmare faced the Scottish Warrior, but an interruption by The Bloodline led Rhodes to lose the match.
And now, he has come forward with a response on X, referring to the Bloodline and McIntyre.

The opening match of the night was an intense one, with both Rhodes and the Scottish Warrior utilizing their best weapons from their arsenals. This week’s episode in Anaheim, California kicked off with a battle between The American Nightmare and Drew McIntyre leading up to Elimination Chamber: Perth. The fight went off normally, with both men very evenly matched. However, the 2024 Royal Rumble winner lost the battle because of interference from The Bloodline. And taking to his X, he has called out Jimmy Uso and McIntyre as he tweeted a simple “Drewso #WWERaw”.

In the climax of the match, Rhodes pointed to the WrestleMania XL sign and prepared to end the match. However, Jimmy Uso burst onto the scene to distract him. And while Rhodes got rid of the Samoan and turned his focus back to McIntyre, to whom he tried to apply a Cross Rhodes, Solo Sikoa appeared behind him to execute a Samoan spike while the referee remained distracted by his brother. McIntyre took advantage of the situation to end the fight with a decisive Claymore for the win.
This was reminiscent of what happened almost a year ago at WrestleMania. In fact, you may say they recreated the end of that one-on-one against Roman Reigns in Los Angeles, where the superstar was hit by a Samoan Spike from Solo and collapsed in the center of the ring.

Later, backstage, an angry Adam Pearce visited Cody Rhodes, where the Rumble winner was getting treatment. The RAW General Manager assures him that Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa will be fined for their actions. At that moment, Seth Rollins appeared. They both look at each other without saying anything. Rollins sighs and taps Rhodes’ leg before leaving the room. No words were shared, but surely we all know what it meant—vengeance time.
