Monday Night Raw started with Drew McIntyre coming to the ring and explaining his loss to Randy Orton. He said that there were no excuses for the loss and he will be the WWE Champion once again.
Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre will not stop fighting, considering the honor of holding the WWE Championship title. Even on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, the two superstars got into a brawl.
Alexa Bliss invited the Legend Killer to the ring as her guest. When she asked him to take a seat, he insisted on standing. Orton claimed that Hell in a Cell’s result does not surprise him but he is confident that Bliss has a surprise waiting for him, talking about The Fiend.

Alexa Bliss denied that claim, but soon Drew McIntyre appeared and started attacking Randy Orton. The Scottish Psychopath has taken an oath to attack The Viper until he gets back the WWE Championship title. During this brawl, Bliss was sitting atop the ropes and laughing.

Finally, the lights went out. When they came back on, a couple of things happened simultaneously. Drew McIntyre was standing in the ring alone, Randy Orton was standing on the rope, Alexa Bliss had disappeared, and The Fiend’s iconic red light and music echoed throughout the ThunderDome.
Randy Orton looked over his shoulder and realized that The Fiend was standing behind him. He chose not to attack him and started walking towards the ring. By this time, McIntyre came down to the ring and prepared to fight Orton again.

The two of them continued to fight as Monday Night Raw went off air.
Randy Orton might be in a storyline with The Fiend next
It is possible that WWE is preparing the audience for a storyline between The Fiend, Alexa Bliss and Randy Orton. Otherwise, the company has no particular reason to put Alexa Bliss in a storyline with Randy Orton.

Apart from this, Randy Orton will need to gear up for his match against Roman Reigns at the upcoming Survivor Series. If Drew McIntyre is serious about attacking Orton until the championship title is his, he might even team up with Roman Reigns to end Orton.
