Dominik Mysterio’s Beautiful Moment With Rhea Ripley Ruined by an Unexpected Little Foe

The Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley on-screen relationship has been going on since mid-2022. While part of the heel stable, The Judgment Day, the two flaunt their relationship during their matches. The two have grown to be extremely fond of each other much to the delight or dismay of fans. But what happens when a little foe tries to steal Ripley away?

Dominik and Ripley have been very secure about their relationship, letting nothing get in the way. This includes Dominik’s father, Rey Mysterio. But can Dominik save her from a little terror?

A little fan pushes Dominik to take a picture with Ripley

As mentioned earlier, Dominik and Ripley don’t let anyone get in the way of their love. This, however, cannot be said in the case of a small child at a recent meet and greet. While posing for fans to take pictures, the on-screen couple was interrupted by a little fan who had something on his mind.

The little fan went straight for Dominik and pushed him out of the frame. He wanted to take a picture with Ripley all by himself. As Dominik tries to get back in, the little fan persists, and he stays out. This brought a round of laughter to all watching. Even Ripley couldn’t hold it in at the sight of the adorable act.

Needless to say, it was a fun moment, with Ripley even saying, “Someone wants a mommy.” Once the kid calmed down, the trio took pictures together. Seeing the child use his strength to push Dominik out of the frame was hilarious for all involved.

This light-hearted moment is what Ripley needed after becoming the first Women’s Champion to miss SummerSlam since 2012. Her feud with Raquel Rodriguez is on hold after the latter suffered a knee injury putting her on the bench for recovery. 

The Judgment Day and SummerSlam 2023 plans

While only Finn Balor of the Judgment Day has a match scheduled for SummerSlam 2023, there are chances the other two, Damian Priest and Dominik, might get involved somehow. Balor is set to face Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship. The feud between Balor and Rollins has created tension among the stable, with Priest wanting to cash in his Money in the Bank contract, much to Balor’s disapproval. 

It will be fun to see if Balor faces off against Rollins alone or if Priest and Dominik will show up for some assistance. The tension within the faction is boiling, with Priest and Balor looking to win the title. In contrast, many fans predict an implosion within the group if Priest turns on Balor, preventing him from winning the title.
