The dark days are upon us as Dominik Mysterio is once again the NXT North American Champion. That makes every member of The Judgement Day a title owner yet again. This took place on Tuesday and now fans have to get used to the horrid sight of Mysterio holding a Championship title belt. While Mysterio is up to his usual antics, this also gave him a chance to clap back at Rhea Ripley’s ex-girlfriend.

The WWE presenter has been taking constant digs at Mysterio off late, so this was just a tit-for-tat.

Dominik Mysterio disrespects Cathy Kelley on Twitter

X, formerly Twitter, is a place where verbal battles are on 24/7. One such war that has been ongoing for quite some time is between Dominik Mysterio and Cathy Kelley.

The WWE backstage interviewer and Rhea Ripley had a good thing going. But there were certain problems in their relationship which they are, allegedly, working on right now. And as any jealous lover, Kelley doesn’t like anyone coming in between Ripley and her.

But by default, Dominik Mysterio is Ripley’s Papi ever since he joined The Judgment Day in 2022. This intense jealousy has led to Kelley firing multiple shots at ‘Dirty’ Dom in the past. Hence Mysterio did not miss a chance to mock Kelley the moment he won the NXT North American Championship. Mysterio fans, which are very rare, started tagging Kelley about his championship win.

To which she tweeted, “yes i know he won you guys can stop tagging me”. Mysterio was then quick to reply to that tweet with a gif that was both obscene and outright disrespectful. But at the same time, he also wanted to get even with Kelley.

Talking about getting even, now that ‘Dirty’ Dom is champion once again, someone close to him might want to snatch that title soon.

Rey Mysterio wants to fight Dominik Mysterio with both their titles on the line

‘Dirty’ Dom never misses a chance to disrespect Rey Mysterio publicly. And he did so on his appearance on WWE’s The Bump where he called his father “a deadbeat”. He also mocked him for winning the United States Championship just to take the attention away from him.

This infuriated Rey Mysterio so much that he said he would slap him when he meets him next. He also expressed that he wants to fight his son with both their titles on the line to show him who’s the real man in the family.
